Dera Ghazi Khan Board will announce the date sheet 2016 for grade 5 students soon in December or January. PEC holds the responsibility to announce the date sheet for all the school students of grade 5 and it publish the date sheet through the educational boards. The registration process of grade 5 students has been completed and now authorities will announce the date sheet soon. The moment PEC will declare the date sheet it will be posted at this page. There are different stories about the date sheet but the confirmation will only be made by the PEC and date sheet could also be seen at this page as well as on the official website of PEC.
PEC is also known as Punjab examination commission, established in 2005 by the Punjab government. Since its conduction it is holding exams for grade 5 and 8 students. For the assessment of student's performance at school level there was a need of examining body which could evaluate the performance of schools and as well as the students. So Punjab government had taken a step by introducing PEC in the province. Now from last seven years it is conducting exams for 5th and 8th class students. PEC develops tests and strategies to evaluate the students and at grate 5 and 8 it conducts exams through different educational boards. There are eight educational bodies functioning in Punjab province and all will announce the date sheet of class 5 for the annual exams 2016 on the same date. The exams will also be held on same time schedule across the province.
