The final exam's date sheet of 5th class will be issued by PEC in December. Until now the Sargodha board has not issued the time schedule for declaration of date sheet but hopefully the date sheet will be declared at the end of Nov or start of Dec 2015. Every year PEC announces the date sheet for grade 5 students according to the prescribed schedule. To judge the performance of schools and students there is an independent body established by the government of Punjab and known as Punjab Examination Commission (PEC). It was established in the year of 2005 and since then it is conducting exams for grade 5th and 8th students. In Punjab province, eight educational boards are connected with PEC and each board has its own responsibilities. Under Sargodha Board four districts are linked and these are district Khushab, Mianwali Bhakkar and Sargodha. After the declaration of date sheet PEC will send the roll number slips to each board and they further issue to respective schools. PEC is an assessment body which judges the school’s performance and their standards. It has also taken steps for the improvement of examination system of schools of each board.
